Ingredients

  • 10–12 fresh jalapeño peppers
  • 2 cups white vinegar
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 3 cloves garlic (peeled and slightly crushed)
  • 1 teaspoon whole black peppercorns
  • 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
