Warm Lemon & Cinnamon Detox Tea

Ingredients
1 cup (8 oz) hot water (just below boiling)
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar (with “the mother”)
1 teaspoon raw honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions:Heat the Water: Bring water to a hot temperature, but not a rolling boil. Overly hot water can destroy some of the beneficial compounds in the honey and lemon.
Combine: In your favorite mug, combine the hot water, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, honey, and cinnamon.
Stir Well: Stir vigorously until the honey and cinnamon are fully dissolved and incorporated.
